About Us
Avalume Consulting was founded by Nushin Ghassmi-Gilani and Reshma Khan, two accredited Executive Leadership Coaches and Certified Practitioners of the Herrmann Whole Brain Dominance Instrument. Nushin and Reshma have been friends for over 20 years, and grew up together in Nairobi, Kenya. Nushin went on to study in Reading, UK, and Reshma did her Bachelors in Political Science in Calgary, Canada.
Together, both conceptualized Avalume to speak to their service offerings, and their visions for individual, team and organizational transformation.
